ZJC-50KV電氣強度測定儀

一、電氣強度測定儀概述

    采用立式箱體結構，的節省試驗室內占地空間，地腳采用滑輪結構，方便移動和擺放，避免同類廠家生產的臥式設備，安放時需要另配安裝臺的情況，占地空間大，移動不方便等缺點。

    主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣油、絕緣漆、紙板等介質在工頻電壓或直流電壓下擊穿強度和耐電壓時間的測試；介電強度測試儀采用計算機控制，試驗過程中可在線觀察試驗曲線；自動存儲試驗條件及試驗結果等數據，并可存取、顯示、打印。

四、試驗軟件：

1、本儀器在試驗過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實時曲線，每次試驗的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構成，試驗結束后可疊加對比材料的試驗數據重復性。

2、可以隨時調取當前及歷史試驗數據進行查看，編輯及修改參數。

3、試驗過程中可以隨時修改試驗條件及存儲路徑及自動存儲試驗結果。

4、試驗過程中，可隨時通過軟件決定本次試驗是否有效，方便篩選試驗結果。

5、可設置操作口令，做到專機專人操作，避免無關人員誤操作。

七、注意事項：

1、儀器安裝時應具有獨立的接地線。

2、在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。

3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質的氣體環境中使用。

4、試驗環境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間

5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產生并伴有聲響，屬正常現象。

6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。
