Details:
The uation of the reasons of disturbances reports from Vogel central lubrication systems used in DMG machines has shown that errors can be caused by not filling the systems properly; filling is done too late (too much air gets into the piping system); too much air is filled in together with the grease; the grease boxes are dirty, dirt gets inside the boxes; and not approved greases (not liquid enough) are used. Due to the difficult access to the grease boxes mounted on the machines and because of dirt getting inside when filling them, Zeller+Gmelin has developed a new applicant-friendly plastic tube for refilling.

Divinol Lithogrease 00 and 000, the special greases approved for DMG machines, with identification no. 27 078 178, can now be purchased in 1 kg plastic tubes with re-sealable screw tops. The tubes can be ordered at Neihoff of India as follows: Divinol Lithogrease 00/000 (NLGI class 00 or 000) 1 ltr tube with screw top, packing – 11 tubes in 1 box. When using these tubes, entry of air or dirt can almost completely be excluded. The tubes can be stored without problems due to their screw top. Divinol Lithogrease 00 (NLGI class 00) is mixable with Divinol Lithogrease 000 (NLGI class 000). We recommend using Divinol Lithogrease 000 also in old machines because of its higher liquidity. Divinol Lithogrease 000 is used for the lubrication of rollers in linear guide systems of machine tools. It can also be used for the lubrication of gears with a high mechanical load. The product is easily pumpable in central lubrication systems. The approval of the company Willy Vogel AG, Berlin is available. Due to its low consistence, Divinol Lithogrease 000 shows a clearly better flow behaviour as a comparable grease of NLGI-class 00.

Our customers use this product in central lubrication of DMG Deckel Maho Gildemeister (now a Mori Seiki company) milling machines and lathes.

One tube contains one liter.

We only sell fresh product and the typical shelf life is two years.
