今天,小合要介紹的就是對筷子進行自動分類包裝的筷子包裝機控制系統
筷子包裝機-機型介紹
筷子包裝機是對餐具公司筷、竹木分體一次性衛生筷進行自動分類包裝的小型設備。
1、自動包裝功能。
2、薄膜自動封邊切割功能。應用自動化控制系統的筷子包裝機可以有效包裝工序及印刷貼標等造成的誤差,節省人力并降低能耗。并實現包裝機運行穩定、適用于任何薄膜連續包裝,保證包裝后的筷子密封、防潮、防污染、防破損。
本次H32-01控制方案應用于全自動筷子包裝機。全自動筷子包裝機,采用三邊壓專封口,通過制袋成型,筷子可自動送料、封口、切斷,是目前國內市場上一種集高科技、率的全自動筷子包裝機。
全自動筷子包裝機-控制原理筷子包裝機分追標模式與定長模式。
定長模式:
拉膜軸與刀軸按照凸輪表走,切出設定長度的筷子包裝膜。不追標。
追標模式:
根據包裝膜的色標,剪切規定位置,切233.5mm的筷子時,大速度可達800雙每分鐘。
控制難點
尋標與糾偏。需要不停的糾正當前位置,在主軸變速時,也需要定位準確。
全自動筷子包裝機-合信控制方案本設備采用H32薄型EtehrCAT總線PLC控制,搭配A3N伺服驅動,配備TP07觸摸屏操作的整套合信控制系統。采用電子凸輪追飛剪,整體速度穩定,快速度達到800雙/分鐘,線速度可達3145mm/S;同步運行,平衡可靠,適用于任何薄膜連續包裝。
的H32 (EtherCAT總線型)筷子包裝機對于速度迅捷,位置精準要求很高,運用合信CTH300系列H32PLC,走EtherCAT總線,通過飛剪模式快速,精準切膜,且穩定。快速度每一刀都在70ms內完成精準切膜。
H32-01支持PLCopen標準運動控制指令
