進口不銹鋼磁力泵的結構特質：永磁體由稀土永磁材料制成的永磁體工作溫度范圍廣，矯頑力高，磁場方向具有很好的各向異性，在同極相接近時也不會發生退磁現象，是一種很好的磁場源。

　　隔離套在采用金屬隔離套時，隔離套處于一個正弦交變的磁場中，在垂直于磁力線方向的截面上感應出渦電流并轉化成熱量。選用高電阻率、高強度的非金屬材料制作隔離套，在降低渦流方面效果十分明顯。

　　泵運轉時，必須用少量的液體對內磁轉子與隔離套之間的環隙區域和滑動軸承的摩擦副進行沖洗冷卻。冷卻液的流量通常為泵設計流量的2%-3%。

　　磁力泵滑動軸承的材料有浸漬石墨、填充聚四氟乙烯、工程陶瓷等。由于工程陶瓷具有很好的耐熱、耐腐蝕、耐摩擦性能，所以磁力泵的滑動軸承多采用工程陶瓷制作。
