　　進口泡沫輸送泵用葉輪，進口泡沫泵包括后蓋板、以及設(shè)置在后蓋板前端面的葉片；進口泡沫泵后蓋板前端面上圓周分布有交替設(shè)置的短葉片和長葉片，短葉片和長葉片均為從后蓋板前端面外側(cè)向內(nèi)逆時針螺旋延伸，后蓋板上位于每個短葉片的內(nèi)側(cè)分別軸向開有一個排氣孔；長葉片包括位于外端的離心段和位于內(nèi)端的吸入段。葉輪采用帶有吸入段的長葉片，葉片直接對介質(zhì)作功，介質(zhì)處于受壓狀態(tài)，不易汽化，吸入效果更好。本發(fā)明葉輪實現(xiàn)氣、液(固)分離，解決了氣體排出不暢容易在入口處聚集造成喘振甚至斷流現(xiàn)象。

　　浮選工藝的技術(shù)變化，要求礦石細磨顆粒越來越小，這樣可更充分與水、空氣、絮凝劑接觸從而限度提高礦物回收率，此時，較小的氣泡在細磨顆粒礦漿中體積分數(shù)增加，從發(fā)生到破滅的周期增長，這樣泵送系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜化，無法從礦漿中排出空氣，妨礙了傳統(tǒng)離心泵設(shè)計的性能。

　　離心泵葉輪設(shè)計時考慮的輸送介質(zhì)主要為液體(或含少量固體及微量氣體)，故設(shè)計的葉輪入口相對較小，當(dāng)此類葉輪應(yīng)用作含氣量較高的介質(zhì)輸送時，少量氣體隨著固體和液體在葉輪離心力作用下被甩出，而大部分氣體在葉輪靠近軸心位置聚集，嚴重時會導(dǎo)致離心泵發(fā)生喘振，甚至斷流。
