　　現有立式管道泵整體裝配精度低、維護轉子部件操作麻煩，泵蓋與電機座裝配在一起并共同裝配在泵體的上端，電動機裝配在電機座上，導軸承安裝在泵蓋上，機械密封安裝在導軸承的下側，軸穿過導軸承、機械密封且其上端與電動機連接、其下端與葉輪連接。本實用新型消除了因電機座與泵蓋之間的裝配誤差引起的泵蓋內孔與導軸承的偏差及泵蓋口環處的偏差，提高了機械密封的安裝精度以及機械密封、轉子的運行壽命；維護轉子部件時，不需分別拆卸電機進口立式管道泵座、泵蓋、導軸承、密封座、機械密封等零部件，就可以把整個轉子從泵腔中拆卸出來，非常便于轉子部件的維護和保養。

　　進口立式管道泵電機座與泵蓋作為泵的關鍵零件分別各自設計、制造、加工，這樣既降低了零件的鑄造難度，又便于零件的機械加工及零件本身加工精度的保證。裝配時，采用反裝式沉孔螺釘聯接，使電機座與泵蓋合成一體，通過兩零件的裝配調整，可提高并有利于保證電機座內止口、端面與泵蓋安裝導軸承內孔與泵蓋口環的相對位置精度。電機座與泵蓋裝配一體后，維護及拆卸泵轉子（軸、葉輪、葉輪螺母）時，無須拆卸電機座、泵蓋、導軸承、密封座、機械密封的靜環密封等零件。
