　　高精度3葉螺旋轉子泵日常維護方法：

　　1、轉子泵的高壓液柱由于突然停電迅猛倒灌，沖擊在轉子泵出口單向閥閥板上。處理方法是對轉子泵的不合理排出系統的管道、管道附件的布置進行改造。

　　2、轉子泵的出口管道的閥門關閉過快。處理方法是慢慢關閉閥門。

　　3、輸送介質傳到轉子泵的泵蓋和軸承上的熱量，由轉子泵的泵蓋和軸承座的表面散熱，使軸承座的溫度適應于軸密封性能的溫度。因此選擇轉子泵的安裝位置時，要使高溫油泵蓋和軸承座的熱量便于擴散，不出現任何蓄熱現象。

　　4、由于突然停電，造成轉子泵系統壓力波動，出現排出系統負壓，溶于液體中的氣泡逸出使轉子泵或管道內存在氣體。處理方法是將氣體排凈。

　　5、轉子泵的停機：切斷電源。將內液體放空，清洗且應定期把轉子旋轉180度，以防止軸變形，直到轉子泵冷卻為止
