　　■產(chǎn)品概述

　　耐溫耐腐自吸式化工離心泵是我公司結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品研制生產(chǎn)的一種單級(jí)單吸自吸式化工離心泵，該泵適用于輸送溫度-40C-150C,含固體顆粒小于3毫米腐蝕性介質(zhì)。如輸送介質(zhì)含有3毫米以上顆粒或纖維，可選用我公司生產(chǎn)的無堵塞自吸泵。泵的性能范圍: 流量為1.6-400m/h.揚(yáng)程為5~125m。上吸高度為5米以內(nèi)。根據(jù)所輸送介質(zhì)的不同，F(xiàn)ZB型自吸式化工離心泵接觸液體部分的材料可選用鑄鐵、鑄鋼、1Cr18Ni

　　9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、316、316L等材料制造

　　提供帶強(qiáng)自吸功能的單級(jí)、多級(jí)、雙吸、立臥式強(qiáng)自吸泵。該泵具有以下特點(diǎn)

　　1. 啟動(dòng)時(shí)無需倒灌或加液，不用真空泵及底閥，泵本身即可自動(dòng)抽氣吸液。

　　2. 自吸高度可達(dá)8米，突破了泵“允許吸上高度"限制。

　　3. 自吸時(shí)間短，一般自吸時(shí)間僅需6-50秒。

　　4. 的吸氣裝置，使液面到葉輪之間始終處于近似真空狀態(tài)，提高了泵的效率。

　　5. 泵在運(yùn)行中，即使出現(xiàn)“失水"現(xiàn)象，也可以通過吸氣裝置自動(dòng)抽氣，隨時(shí)達(dá)到斷流自復(fù)的效果。

　　6. 產(chǎn)品材質(zhì)有CS、304、304L、316L、904L、2205、鈦、鎳、蒙乃爾、哈氏合金及襯氟等。
