TPE材料與哪些材料相似？
1、PVC的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：軟膠PVC彈性良好;耐老化、耐酸堿性優(yōu)良;并且PVC成本較為低廉;可快速注塑加工成型。
PVC的不足：含有毒鹵素元素氯，氣味大;可能含有毒塑化劑及重金屬;燃燒可能釋放致癌物質(zhì)二噁英;低溫易變脆，彈性差;存在變形。
2、硅膠的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：耐高溫（200~250℃）；手感爽滑；高彈性，變形小；無氣味，環(huán)保無毒；耐老化，耐弱酸堿;較容易通過食品級LFGB橄欖油測試及FDA177.2600正己烷測試。
硅膠的不足：成型周期較長；材料不能回收再次使用；包覆成型性較差.
3、橡膠的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：高耐磨；回彈性，抗撕裂性好；變形小；機(jī)械性能好；耐高溫；耐腐蝕。橡膠的不足：加工工序多，生產(chǎn)周期長；物料不能回收再使用；材料氣味大，環(huán)保性堪憂；
4、TPE和TPU都屬于軟性材料，都具有良好的橡膠彈性.相比較而言,TPE在觸感的舒適度方面更為，TPU則更多的呈現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的彈性和強(qiáng)度.較低硬度的產(chǎn)品（如30A以下），需選用TPE,可以起到防滑緩沖減震回彈的效果.而對于較高硬度（80A以上）的要求彈性好的產(chǎn)品，用TPU才能勝任。
