1.透明性TPU的透明性優(yōu)于TPE，同時(shí)它也沒(méi)有透明TPE那么容易沾粘。
2.比重TPE的比重變化范圍很大，從0.89~1.3之間的都有，而TPU在1.0~1.4之間。其實(shí)它們?cè)谑褂玫倪^(guò)程中，主要是以共混物的形式出現(xiàn)，因此比重變化大。
3.耐油性TPU的耐油性較好，而TPE要做到耐油是有一定難度的。
4.燃燒后TPE燃燒有淡淡的芳香味，燃燒的煙比較少和淡。TPU燃燒則帶有一定的刺激性異味，燃燒時(shí)有茲茲的輕微爆炸聲。
5. 機(jī)械性能TPU的彈性及彈性恢復(fù)性能（耐屈撓抗蠕變性能）優(yōu)于TPE。主要是TPU的材料結(jié)構(gòu)為聚合物均相結(jié)構(gòu)，屬于聚合物樹(shù)脂類。而TPE則是多組分共混而成的多相結(jié)構(gòu)聚集的合金材料。高硬度的TPE加工容易發(fā)生制品變形，而在所有硬度區(qū)間范圍內(nèi)，TPU均表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的彈性，并且制品不易變形。
6.耐溫性TPE是 -60攝氏度~105攝氏度，TPU是 -60攝氏度~80攝氏度。
7.外觀手感對(duì)于一些包覆成型的產(chǎn)品，TPU材質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品，手感較為粗糙，摩擦阻力強(qiáng)；而TPE材質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，則手感比較細(xì)膩柔和，摩擦性能較弱。
