l 硅化采用日本高精度超微量霧化噴霧閥，噴量可實現在0.5-2毫克之間調節，高精度穩定噴涂，無外濺，無滴漏。Silicification adopts Japanese high-precision ultra-micro atomization spray valve, the spray volume can be adjusted between 0.5-2 mg, high-precision and stable spraying, no splashing, no dripping.

l 陶瓷柱塞泵實現定量灌裝，耐酸堿侵蝕，耐磨耐高溫，灌裝精度高。Ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and high filling accuracy.
