Hａnd screen printing

Hａnd screen printing is a traditional hａnd printing process, many well-known brands, such as Hermes is using this method.

It's a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed.

In this way, the color of the pattern can be displayed more accurately, the colors will become more saturated with a good stereoscopic effects. Compared with the digital printing, screen printing is much more excellent in it's pemeability, both the front and back side will keep the color consistent.

Besides, screen printing has a lower bulk production unit price, the price is very competitive for any order meet the MOQ requirements of 200pcs.

On the other hand, patterns using screen printing should not be too complicated, for example, oil painting design fit digital printing best. Designs with distinct color and simple lines fit screen printing best. Bulk production of the order will take around 30-35 days.

1. I have my own designs, how do I know whether my designs meet the requirements of the screen printing or not?

You can contact us online or send your designs to us by , our professional designer will check your designs and will let you know if your designs are workable for screen pirnting or not.  

2.What is the MOQ for screen printing?

200pc per color per pattern.

3. What is the advantage of the screen priting compared with digital printing?

1) The color is gorgeous, more layered and with good stereoscopic effects.

2) Excellent pemeability, both the front and back side of the scarf will keep the color consistent.

4.How do you charge for the bulk production?

For example, if your design has 10 colors. Our unit price is 6USD and the quantity is 200.

Then the bulk production price will be:

6USD/Piece * 200 PCS + 10colors * 50USD/color = 1700 USD.

Please note that we will charge additional screen printing cost for 50USD per color.
