1. Q: Where are your factory located?If I visit your factory ,how can I get there?
A: Our factory is located in Hangzhou,Zhejiang,the nearst airport is HANGZHOU international airport,about 1 hour by car from our factory.
2. Q: What are your main products?
A: We are mainly doing silk scarves, silk eye mask, silk pillowcase,silk sleepwera, etc.
3.Q:what is the minimum order ?
A:Normally the MOQ is 50pcs each design/size.
4. Q: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM & ODM are both welcome.
5. Q: How about samples?
A: We do offer samples before making any production so that the production in exact compliance of the buyer's expectation. Samples can be delivered around 10 days after you make the sample fee payment.
6.Q:Can we make our logo on the blouse ?
A: Yes. We can accept your logo as your requirement as well as your design project.
7.Q:What about the payment terms and trade terms?
A: In general, we accept T/T.If small amount,we also can allow Paypal,West union,Ali-pay etc.
