Q: Do you accept customized orders? 

A: Yes,we accept customized orders, for cutomized-dyeing orders, If the colors required by you are not available at us, we can dye the required colors for you based on your color samples or the Pantone reference numbers. And the MOQ for customized dyeing is 200 meters per type per color. If the order quantity is less than 200 meters, we are sorry that some additional surcharge for dyeing will be added.

For digital printing customized order, no color limitation, send us the higi-resolution designs, then we can start your order.

Q: Will your company send free samples? 

A: We can offer you free samples at palm's size (about 10cm x 10cm) in one or two colors. (Please kindly note the colors are sent randomly, based on the inventory of our samples). And you only need to pay the shipping cost. 

Q: What's the MOQ base on wholesale, is there any discount policy?

A: The MOQ is one yard for colors available in stock. If you are interested in buying our products in large quantity, please us directly. As for the discount, we persist in the policy of "the more products you order, the greater discounts you will get" Also, we will offer our customers special discounts for some of items every month.

Q: How is shipping cost calculated? 

A: All of the orders are shipped by air and the shipping cost is calculated by weight and size. If you would like to place a bulk order with us, the most competitive shipping cost will be offered.
