感溫變色油墨Temperature change color ink

溫變油墨又稱熱感變色油墨，感溫變色油墨，熱敏變色油墨、和示溫油墨。Temperature is also called thermal ink color ink, heat change color ink, polychromatic inks, and heat sensitive ink.

一、千色變公司生產(chǎn)的溫變油墨分為以下幾類Types：

消色：“可逆溫變消色油墨"：常溫下顯示某種特定顏色，經(jīng)加溫后顏色消失變?yōu)闊o色， 冷卻后立即恢復(fù)到原有顏色，因其變化過程可逆；

⑤溫度28度（含）以上基本顏色是有色變無色，溫度22度（含）以下是無色變有色

特殊無色變有色：（玫紅60度）（55度玫紅色、藍(lán)色）

⑥溫變油墨不可生產(chǎn)的顏色：金銀白

⑦油墨性狀：外觀為半透明液體狀態(tài)，為油性油墨。顏色豐富色差變化明顯的優(yōu)點，使用膠印機(jī)效果不好的缺點。

⑧可用印刷方式：絲印 移印 凹印凸印轉(zhuǎn)印,膠印的顏色很淺，效果不明顯。

適用底材：紙張布料金屬玻璃陶瓷塑料。 溫變油墨不可承印的底材為硅膠、橡膠，有彈性，印上容易開裂，不建議使用。

⑨印刷背景建議使用白色或淺白色系，可提高顏色變化的差異度。

一般使用壽命是4000-8000次的變色次數(shù)（正確存儲和使用的情況下）

⑩應(yīng)用范圍：防偽標(biāo)簽、酒類包裝防偽，、食品、飲料、農(nóng)藥等產(chǎn)品特種包裝印刷。

運用在變色杯領(lǐng)域，可絲印（絲印在花紙上轉(zhuǎn)印到杯子上）水轉(zhuǎn)印，一般用的是45度。

Application scope: anti-counterfeit labels, wine packaging anti-counterfeiting, cigarettes, food, beverages, pesticides and other brand-name products of special packaging printing.

Used in the field of color changing mugs, screen printing (screen printing on paper transfer printing on the glass) water transfer printing, generally use is 45 degrees.

三、使用方法/注意事項Method of use/matters needing attention：

1、干燥方式：（自干、烤干、UV固化），60-100度，5分鐘左右。薄膜類的自干方式干燥。印在陶瓷杯上可用150度烤20-30分鐘。

2、溫變油墨（油性）使用時不下網(wǎng)很稠時，可用稀釋劑783稀釋，稀釋比例為3%-5%。（也可定制水性油墨，并用水稀釋）印刷背景建議使用白色或淺白色系，可提高顏色變化的差異度。

4、儲存：感溫變色油墨應(yīng)密封儲存于密閉、干燥、陰暗處，避免陽光直射。

5、毒性與安全性：感溫變色油墨對皮膚用呼吸道有輕微刺激性，搬運時應(yīng)密閉，印刷操作時的環(huán)境應(yīng)保持良好的通風(fēng)狀況。油墨*干燥后，不會有任何異味或刺激性，符合安全玩具和食品包裝規(guī)格基準(zhǔn)。
