一、概述

天然氣減壓閥是彈簧薄膜式減壓的換代產品，與薄膜式相比有以下優點：

三、工作原理：

1、 本閥通過啟閉件的節流，造成壓力損失迫使進口壓力在出口處降低某一個需要值，當流量和壓力變化時，利用本身介質能量來控制出口壓力基本不變的目的。

2、 本閥介質走向由上進下出，當調節出口壓力時，順時針旋轉調節螺栓迫使活塞向下移動，打開主閥，改變節流面積，造成壓力損失，實現減壓。由于閥后介質通過“X"通道流入活塞下腔并與活塞上方保持平衡，當壓力和流量變化時，使主閥節流面積始終保持相應位置，由于本閥采用卸荷機構，減小了進口壓力面積，從而減小了閥門出口壓力偏差，大大提高了減壓閥的穩壓精度。
