特點

主軸采用密植滾珠結構，轉動靈活，使用多年后，仍能保持原有的精度。軸系可承載較大的負荷。

分度頭主軸可以在90o范圍內傾 斜，并可在以此范圍內的任意位置上緊固，傾斜角度可在刻度盤上讀出。

轉動在分度頭前端面的帶有微動裝置的手輪，可使分度頭的主軸作快速而精 確的調整。手輪有過載保護裝置，以避免主軸鎖緊時因轉動手輪而損壞儀器。投影屏視場寬大，成像清晰，讀數舒適。儀器上裝有的定位裝置，確保分度頭同尾座軸線的同心，在將分度頭重新安裝在底座上時 ，定位裝置可使它準確的處于原來位置。儀器附件齊全，備有中心線調具，測量分度用對準具及凸輪及導程附件，配備凸輪及導程附件后可測量凸輪及螺旋溝滾刀的切削刃的導程。造型美觀，加工精細，使用方便，質量穩定。
