Pneumatic barrier working principle
氣動(dòng)擋車梁主要由氣缸、擋車梁、氣控箱等部分構(gòu)成,氣動(dòng)擋車梁為常閉型擋車裝置,當(dāng)有礦 車通過時(shí),操縱換向閥,使氣缸活塞桿收縮,通過鋼絲繩拉動(dòng)擋車梁升起,礦車通過后操縱手 動(dòng)換向閥,壓縮空氣經(jīng)管路進(jìn)入氣缸的工作腔使活塞桿伸出,擋車梁在自重作用下回落至擋車 梁的關(guān)閉擋車位置。
The pneumatic blocking beam is mainly composed of a cylinder, a blocking beam, a gas control box and the like. The pneumatic blocking beam is a normally closed type blocking device. When a mining vehicle passes, the reversing valve is operated to contract the piston rod of the cylinder, and the lifting of the blocking beam by the wire rope is raised. After the mine car passes, the manual reversing valve is operated, and the compressed air enters the working chamber of the cylinder through the pipeline to extend the piston rod, and the retaining beam falls back to the closed position of the retaining beam under the action of its own weight.
1、當(dāng)氣動(dòng)擋車梁安裝在斜井上部時(shí),擋車橡膠墊距上變坡點(diǎn)距離s=n×L+(n-1)×b+(3M~8M) (n為列車節(jié)數(shù),L為一節(jié)列車長(zhǎng)度,b為兩節(jié)列車間長(zhǎng)度)。
When the pneumatic stop beam is installed on the upper part of the inclined shaft, the distance between the rubber pad of the stop and the up-gradient point is s=n*L+(n-1)*b+(3M-8M) (n is the number of train nodes, L is the length of one train and B is the length between two trains).
2、當(dāng)安裝在斜巷下部時(shí),擋車橡膠墊距下變坡點(diǎn)距離s=3M~8M。
When installed in the lower part of the inclined roadway, the distance between the rubber pad of the car stop and the downward slope point is s=3M~8M.
3、當(dāng)氣動(dòng)擋車梁安裝在斜巷上部時(shí),氣動(dòng)控制箱應(yīng)安裝在上車場(chǎng)的躲避硐中,反之,安裝在下車場(chǎng)的躲避硐中。
When the pneumatic stop beam is installed on the upper part of the inclined lane, the pneumatic control box should be installed in the avoidance chamber of the upper garage, and vice versa, in the avoidance chamber of the lower garage.
4、當(dāng)氣缸固定座、定位板、滑車座及擋車梁座用錨桿固定在斜井頂板上時(shí),其中心線應(yīng)一致,與道軌平行,且在道軌中心線正上方。
When the cylinder fixed seat, positioning plate, pulley seat and block beam seat are fixed on the inclined shaft roof with bolts, the center line should be consistent, parallel to the track, and above the track center line.
5、調(diào)試:氣缸、擋車梁及氣控箱安裝完畢后,依據(jù)氣缸的伸縮長(zhǎng)度和擋車梁的起吊高度,調(diào)整鋼絲繩的松緊度。
Debugging: After the installation of cylinder, blocking beam and pneumatic control box, the tightness of wire rope is adjusted according to the expansion length of cylinder and the lifting height of blocking beam.
