1、使用前必須對濾器各種部位進(jìn)行潔凈處理，一般可用洗潔精擦洗，再用清水反復(fù)沖洗，后用蒸餾水洗凈備用。
2、杯式過濾器采用不銹鋼制作，配以相交O型環(huán)組成，無者為硅橡膠。

3、使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意將濾膜平鋪在網(wǎng)板，防止造成滲漏。

無菌檢查薄膜過濾器：是一種應(yīng)用于化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室中的溶液過濾裝置。目前，國內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)室在對溶液進(jìn)行過濾時(shí)，一般采用玻璃材質(zhì)砂芯過濾裝置，這種每次只能過濾一個(gè)樣品，過濾速度慢，效率低，人工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大。同時(shí)玻璃材質(zhì)易碎不易高溫消毒。本儀器的目的是為了一次同時(shí)對多個(gè)樣品進(jìn)行過濾，提高實(shí)驗(yàn)工作效率。同316L衛(wèi)生級不銹鋼材質(zhì)，，易于高溫消毒，使分析結(jié)果更加。

無菌檢查薄膜過濾器：由300ML不銹鋼濾杯，不銹鋼過濾支架，不銹鋼夾子，不銹鋼球閥組成，當(dāng)需要溶液過濾時(shí)，在濾頭上放上濾膜把不銹鋼濾杯支架固定在一起，不銹鋼支架抽氣口與真空動(dòng)力相連，把溶液注入濾杯，打開真空動(dòng)力，打開各個(gè)球閥，溶液通過濾頭上的濾膜在真空作用下使溶液通過過濾支架流入集液瓶，待濾杯中溶液全部流入集液瓶，取下待分析濾膜即可，濾膜選取取50mm-60mm直徑。

無菌檢查薄膜過濾器：可根據(jù)操作者需要，選用不同材質(zhì)的濾膜，對不同樣品進(jìn)行過濾，如樣品懸浮物，細(xì)菌類，葉綠類等，適合于實(shí)驗(yàn)室溶液過濾工作。

四，六聯(lián)不銹鋼薄膜過濾器使用說明
1、將過濾器各個(gè)部件沖洗干凈。
2、擰松夾子，拿走濾杯，在不銹鋼支撐板下先放好一片密封圈，然后在不銹鋼支撐板放微孔濾膜（直徑50mm-60mm）膜上也放好一片密封圈，再安裝濾杯，將不銹鋼夾子固定。
3、不銹鋼支架出液口按厚壁真空管。
4、過濾器可以整體滅菌，也可以分開滅菌后在無菌室無菌操作臺上按上述步驟組裝后使用。
5、正式使用前要檢查濾膜是否完整，有無破損。
6、連接真空泵時(shí)，應(yīng)先連接抽濾瓶做緩沖使用，以免損壞真空泵。
