氣缸內(nèi)置，驅(qū)動(dòng)力通過(guò)斜楔機(jī)構(gòu)傳遞。工作穩(wěn)定可靠。在加工期間，卡盤(pán)通過(guò)雙作用單向閥保持壓力。只有在主軸停止時(shí)，壓縮空氣才能通過(guò)配氣盤(pán)和配氣圈供給。

Chuck with built-in cylinder, driving force is transmitted through the wedge mechanism. It is stable and reliable in work. Built in double non-return valves maintain the air pressure during machining. The compressed air feed via distributor ring and profile seals only when the spindle stops.

配氣盤(pán)的兩種安裝定位方式：

Two ways of mounting the distributor ring:

1、通過(guò)固定軸承和防轉(zhuǎn)支架，安裝簡(jiǎn)便，但必須及時(shí)調(diào)整和潤(rùn)滑固定軸承以保證配氣盤(pán)處于正確位置。

1、The distributor ring is positioned via fixed bearings and anti-rotation bracket,easy installation but the fixed bearings must be adjusted in time to keep the distributor ring in correct position.

2、使用配氣盤(pán)支架，卡盤(pán)與配氣盤(pán)不接觸。雖然安裝調(diào)整復(fù)雜點(diǎn)，但維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方便經(jīng)濟(jì)。

2、Though a bit difficult for chuck mounting and adjusting , it is easy maintenance and lower cost by means of the distributor ring bracket to avoid any contact with the power chuck.
