The equipment is mainly used for flat welding between corrugated board of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal equipment is controlled by PLC,stable and reliable operation,easy operation.

適用于碳鋼、不銹鋼及其它金屬材質工件的直縫焊接。

主要特點Main features:

1、焊槍行走是由步進電機控制，旋轉速度可從0開始調節，運行平穩，扭矩大。

The welding torch walking is controlled by a stepper motor,rotation speed can be adjusted from 0,with stable operation and large torque.

2、裝夾方便，使用氣缸快速精準地將工件固定住。

The clamping is convenient，using cylinder fast accurately the workpiece in place.

3、控制面板及焊槍移動機構都有操作按鈕，方便操作人員裝夾使用。

The control panel and the moving mechanism of the welding gun are equipped with operation buttons,which are convenient for the operators to clamp workpiece and use.

4、通過機身前后托架及滑輪，可輕松移動工件位置，支持瓦楞板多次拼接，操作方便簡單。

Through the front and rear bracket and pulley of the body,the position of the workpiece can be easily moved,ａnd the corrugated plate can be spliced for many times,so the operation is convenient and simple.

5、觸摸屏控制，操作簡單方便。
