該設備主要用于不銹鋼、碳鋼、鋁等金屬材質的圓管之間的平焊縫焊接，內側角焊縫焊接、法蘭與圓管之間的角焊縫。設備由PLC控制，運行穩定可靠，設備操作簡便。

The equipment is mainly used for flat welding between round tubes of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials,fillet welding and inner fillet welding between flanges and round equipment is controlled by PLC,stable and reliable operation,easy operation.

應用范圍Scope of application:

適用于碳鋼、不銹鋼及其它金屬材質工件的環縫焊接。可焊接如儲氣筒、熱水器、消防筒、傳動軸、減震器、消聲器、容器罐、管管對接、接法蘭、接彎頭三通等工件的環縫焊接。

Suitable for annular welding of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials can be similar to the appearance of the workpiece such as gas storage cylinder,water heater,fire tube,transmission shaft,shock absorber,muffler,container tank,pipe butt joint,pipe flange,pipe elbow tee ring welding.

1、主軸是由步進電機控制，旋轉速度可從0開始調節，運行平穩，扭矩大。

2、裝夾方便，使用氣缸快速精準地將工件固定住。

3、氬弧焊送絲機送絲速度可從0開始調節，送絲平穩，送絲量精準可靠。

The wire feeding speed of argon arc welding wire feeding machine can be adjusted from 0,with stable wire feeding and accurate and reliable wire feeding.

4、自動變位結構，可自動改變工件焊接角度，改善焊縫的咬邊現象。

5、焊槍機構通過電機調節上下左右移動，對槍精準簡單。

The welding gun mechanism moves up and down,left and right through the motor adjustment,which makes the gun accurate and simple.

6、設備具有弧壓反饋功能，可根據實時弧壓的變化調整焊槍的浮動機構，維持弧壓穩定，確保焊接效果。

The equipment has arc voltage feedback function,which can adjust the floating mechanism of the welding torch according to the real-time arc voltage change,maintain the arc voltage stability and ensure the welding effect.

7、設備具有焊槍擺動功能，幫助焊縫更好地成型。
