Inligent integrated distillation apparatus operating procedures.

1. Connect the hose with the condenser water, and connect the vacuum hose with the vacuum pump.2. Inject the water into the heating tank first. It is best to use pure water and tap water for 1-2 days.

3. Adjust the Angle of the main host: just release the host and the column connecting screw. The host can be tilted anywhere between 0 and 45 degrees.

4. Connect the condenser water, connect the power source 220V/50Hz, connect the evaporating bottle on the main machine (do not let go), and open the vacuum pump to make sure the vacuum degree is released.

5. Adjust the height of the main engine: press the pressure bar at the bottom of the heating tank, and adjust the curve to the right position to reach the desired height.

6. Turn on the speed control switch, light the green light, adjust the speed knob on the left side, and the evaporation bottle starts to turn. Turn on the thermostat, light the green light, and adjust the left side.

Adjust the knob, the heating tank starts the automatic temperature control heating, the instrument enters the test run. Temperature and vacuum degree one to the required range, that is, can evaporate the solvent to accept the bottle.

7. After evaporation, turn off the speed switch and the thermostat. Press the lower lever to raise the main engine, then close the vacuum pump and open the vent valve above the condenser.

　Connect it to the atmosphere, remove the evaporating bottle, and the evaporation process ends.

操作規程

1、用膠管與冷凝水連接，用真空膠管與真空泵相聯。

2、先將水注入加熱槽。用純水，自來水要放置1-2天再用。

3、調正主機角度：只要松開主機和立柱連結螺釘。主機即可在0-45度之間任意傾斜。

4、接通冷凝水，接通電源220V/50Hz，與主機連接上蒸發瓶(不要放手)，打開真空泵使之達一定真空度松開手。

5、調正主機高度：按壓下位于加熱槽底部的壓桿，左右調節弧度使之達到合適位置后手離壓桿即可達到所需高度。

6、打開調速開關，綠燈亮，調節其左側旁的轉速旋鈕，蒸發瓶開始轉動。打開調溫開關，綠燈亮，調節其左側旁的

調溫旋鈕，加熱槽開始自動溫控加熱，儀器進入試運行。溫度與真空度一到所要求的范圍，即能蒸發溶劑到接受瓶。

7、蒸發完畢，首先關閉調速開關及調溫開關，按壓下壓桿使主機上升，然后關閉真空泵，并打開冷凝器上方的放空閥，　使之與大氣相通，取下蒸發瓶，蒸發過程結束。
