5、Character: It is white fine crystal, powder or glassy flake. It is a heterogeneous mixture of ammonium salts of linear polycondensation phosphoric acid. The polymerization degree is divided into three types: oligomerization, middle polymerization and high polymerization. The greater the polymerization degree, the smaller the water solubility. According to the structure, it can be divided into crystalline type and amorphous type, and the crystalline state is water insoluble.

6、Usage: It can be used as emulsifier; Stabilizer; Chelating agent; Tissue improver; Yeast food; Salting aid; Water binder. Used for cheese and so on. It is also an inorganic additive flame retardant, which is used to make flame retardant coatings, flame retardant plastics and flame retardant rubber products.

7、Packing:It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
