分布式光纖應力實時監測系統的原理是利用布里淵散射光對溫度和應變敏感的特性，能探測出沿著光纖不同位置的溫度和應變變化。當光纖沿線的溫度發生變化或者存在軸向應變時，光纖中的反向布里淵散射光的頻率將發生漂移。頻率的漂移量與光纖應變和溫度的變化呈良好的線性關系，通過測量光纖中的方系統向自然布里淵散射光的頻率漂移量就可以得到光纖沿線溫度和應變的分布信息。近年來，分布式光纖應力傳感技術越來越得到人們的重視，特別是對于減災防害預防作用，為人們所認可。

The principle of the distributed fiber strain real-time monittoring system (DSS) is to detect the temperature and strain variation along different positions of the fiber by using the temperature and strain sensitivity of Brillouin scattered light. When the temperature along the fiber line changes or axial strain exists, the frequency of backscatter light in the fiber will drift. The frequency drift has a good linear relationship with the variationoffiber strain and temperature. In this way, the temperature and strain distribution along the fiber can be obtained by measuriing the frequency drift. In recent years, distributed optical fiber strain sensing technology has been paid more attention, especilly for the role of disaster reduction and prevention, which has been recognized by people

應力傳感光纜作為分布式光纖應力傳感系統的重要的探測單元，一直是制約整個系統應用的瓶頸所在。在實際工程應用中，應力光纜所面臨的各種環境非常復雜多變，沒有那種光纜是可以通用的。因此如何開發、選用適用不同應用條件的力傳感光纜一直是光佳光電所堅持的方向和目標。

As an important detection unit of DSS system, the stress sensing cable is always the bottleneck restricting its application.In practical application, the strain cables faces a changeable and complex environment. There is no a kind of cable can be universal used all situations. Therefore, how to develop and how to select a strain sensing cable that suitable for various conditions is our key work and target.

經過多年的努力，我們研發了一系列具有非常良好的應用效果的應力傳感光纜，廣泛用于油氣石化管道的應力和溫度測量；大壩、橋梁、隧道等的結構健康監測；鐵路鋼軌、高速公路形變等監測。
