　　進口粉末氣動隔膜泵詳細介紹：

　　氣動粉泵是用來輸送固體粉末狀物料的，與輸送液體的隔膜泵還是有較大的區別。固體粉末狀物料只有在保持半流動狀態下，才不至于在泵腔體內被壓縮成近似固體的塊狀導致輸送失敗和損壞泵。因此，用于輸送液體的普通雙隔膜泵是無法正常用于固體干粉輸送的。系統需增加一組特殊的閥，在每個泵循環中，根據一定的時間順序，將壓縮空氣(或其他的惰性氣體)同步引入泵的腔體，使在粉體的泵送過程中保持流動狀態。

　　粉體輸送專用泵產品采用了美國GRACO高效、節能的氣路誘導分配閥技術，實現了泵的馬達供氣與粉體流化氣路的分離。可根據粉體的流動性差異來設置流化氣的壓力(2.5-6.2bar)。堆積密度小、易流動的粉體可設置較低的流化氣壓，可達到節約能耗的目的，同時也降低了空氣釋放組件的負荷。可根據輸送量及輸送高度來設置的氣動馬達供氣壓力（2.0-3.5bar）。

　　進口粉末氣動隔膜泵性能特點：

　　1.無死點運行，即使在進氣壓力很低的情況下也能工作。

　　2.密封性好，粉體全程無泄漏，可以盡量避免操作工人與粉料接觸。

　　3.設計有氣流誘導系統，防止出現粉末填滿泵腔的可能性。

　　4.流化氣體和泵的馬達驅動氣體可以分離，避免物料和空氣接觸氧化、潮解；流化氣體可單獨作進一步凈化干燥處理（與粉料接觸），也可以使用其它氣體（如氮氣等惰性氣體）。

　　5.經濟實用，安裝簡單，不像昂貴的傳統大型預安裝粉末輸送系統。

　　6.輕便易用，可以方便的隨處移動使用。即放即用，免安裝調試；

　　7.更微小的物料攪動，避免物料發熱，運行過程中無電火花，無熱量產生。

　　8.更溫和的內部剪切力，大限度確保物料的完整特性不受影響。
