進口高壓密封送料風機屬于離心風機領域,用于物料輸送,其中主軸穿過機殼后側板后與葉輪連接,在主軸與機殼后側板的連接位置處設有填料密封,填料密封固定在機殼后側板上;在葉輪的前盤處固定有圓盤,在機殼前側板上設有風機蓋板,進風口固定在風機蓋板上,進風口與前盤之間安裝有PP材質密封,PP材質密封固定在風機蓋板上;風機蓋板上安裝有沖洗閥,在機殼前側板上安裝有排液閥。其能夠實現在氣體含塵量高或者用于輸送固體顆粒介質時,葉輪不容易出現黏粘現象,并且在風機內壓力達到一定程度時不會在風機的主軸與機殼后側板處出現泄漏,降低葉輪與進風口之間的泄漏量,進而保證風機的使用效率。

進口高壓密封送料風機葉輪中的前盤進行清洗,在風機蓋板靠近進風口的位置處還安裝有沖洗閥,沖洗閥固定并貫穿風機蓋板,當沖洗閥與外部的連接管路連接后能夠通入沖洗水或壓縮空氣對葉輪的前盤進行清洗。清洗后的廢液可通過位于機殼前盤7底部的排液閥流出。這樣設置的目的在于定期清理降低葉輪的黏粘現象,且降低清洗的難度。
