進(jìn)口多級(jí)磁力泵屬于磁力泵技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,磁力泵軸向依次設(shè)置滑動(dòng)軸承、葉輪、滑動(dòng)軸承,兩個(gè)滑動(dòng)軸承分別設(shè)置在泵軸的兩端,葉輪設(shè)置在泵軸中間,磁力泵的內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子尾端與泵軸尾端相連。通過(guò)將磁力泵軸向依次設(shè)置滑動(dòng)軸承、葉輪、滑動(dòng)軸承,合理的軸承跨距使徑向載荷分布更均勻,減少泵軸上應(yīng)力的集中,提高其疲勞強(qiáng)度。內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子尾端與泵軸尾端相連,縮短泵軸長(zhǎng)度,減小泵軸在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的振幅,使泵運(yùn)行更加平穩(wěn)。并在泵軸上開(kāi)孔,改變其循環(huán)回路使該泵的循環(huán)為上進(jìn)上出的方式。

在軸承前蓋上方開(kāi)設(shè)孔,在吸入段前側(cè)開(kāi)設(shè)第十一孔,在中段殼體上方開(kāi)設(shè)第二孔,在吐出段上方和右側(cè)分別開(kāi)設(shè)第三孔、第四孔,在軸承架上方開(kāi)設(shè)第五孔、下方開(kāi)設(shè)第九孔、右端面的上側(cè)開(kāi)設(shè)第六孔、右端面的下側(cè)開(kāi)設(shè)第八孔,在泵軸軸向和徑向開(kāi)設(shè)第七孔,第十孔。用循環(huán)管將孔和第二孔相連,用第二循環(huán)管將第十一孔和第四孔相連,用第三循環(huán)管將第三孔和第五孔相連。
進(jìn)口多級(jí)磁力泵原理:
本泵主循環(huán)為介質(zhì)從泵入口進(jìn)入泵腔,經(jīng)過(guò)葉輪,第二葉輪,第三葉輪從泵出口出去。介質(zhì)經(jīng)過(guò)葉輪時(shí)有一部分從第二孔流經(jīng)循環(huán)管、孔進(jìn)入軸承前蓋內(nèi)對(duì)滑動(dòng)軸承組件進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑、冷卻,再回到葉輪入口。腔中的介質(zhì)從第四孔流經(jīng)第二循環(huán)管、第十一孔回到泵體入口,此循環(huán)可以通過(guò)平衡盤(pán)來(lái)平衡軸向力。還有一部分介質(zhì)從為第三孔流經(jīng)第三循環(huán)管第六孔,通過(guò)第七孔第十二孔第十孔回到第二葉輪入口。此循環(huán)帶走驅(qū)動(dòng)組件磁渦流損失產(chǎn)生的部分熱量并對(duì)第二滑動(dòng)軸承組件潤(rùn)滑與冷卻。
