　　進口大流量齒輪泵殼體組件和安裝在殼體組件內的泵油組件，殼體組件包括依次固定連接的前端蓋、泵殼和后端蓋，泵油組件包括主動軸、平行于主動軸設置的從動軸、固定在主動軸上的主動齒輪、固定在從動軸上并與主動齒輪嚙合的從動齒輪，主動齒輪和從動齒輪為人字齒輪傳動，主動軸和從動軸位于主動齒輪和從動齒輪的兩側套設有軸襯，主動軸和從動軸分別與軸襯轉動連接，進流管對應主動齒輪和從動齒輪嚙合分離處設有導流組件，導流組件包括通過固定桿與進流管連接的導流板，導流板與進流管之間形成進流通道。解決了現有齒輪泵的齒輪高速轉動影響進流管液體進流的問題。

　　齒輪泵是依靠泵缸與嚙合齒輪間所形成的工作容積變化和移動來輸送液體或使之增壓的回轉泵。由兩個齒輪、泵體與前后蓋組成兩個封閉空間，當齒輪轉動時，齒輪脫開側的空間的體積從小變大，形成真空，將液體吸入，齒輪嚙合側的空間的體積從大變小，而將液體擠入管路中去。吸入腔與排出腔是靠兩個齒輪的嚙合線來隔開的。齒輪轉動時，吸入腔側輪齒相互脫開處的齒間容積逐漸增大，壓力降低，液體在壓差作用下進入齒間。隨著齒輪的轉動，一個個齒間的液體被帶至排出腔。這時排出腔側輪齒嚙合處的齒間容積逐漸縮小，而將液體排出。齒輪泵適用于輸送不含固體顆粒、無腐蝕性、粘度范圍較大的潤滑性液體。齒輪泵的排出口的壓力取決于泵出口處阻力的大小。齒輪泵結構簡單緊湊,制造容易，維護方便，有自吸能力。

　　油泵組件工作過程中，一部分油從軸襯上的油槽流向軸襯與后端蓋之間，然后經油孔進入到容納孔與后端蓋的凹槽之間，這部分油在高壓下對活塞產生軸向的壓力，抵消主動軸或從動軸上因主動齒輪和從動齒輪嚙合產生的軸向力，避免主動軸或從動軸轉動對后端蓋的磨損，延長泵的使用壽命。
