進(jìn)口螺紋疏水閥工作原理:

1、當(dāng)設(shè)備剛啟動(dòng)時(shí)，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和冷凝水，此時(shí)浮球在雙金屬片的支撐下遠(yuǎn)離閥,閥口打開(kāi)，空氣和冷凝水迅速排出，實(shí)現(xiàn)快速啟動(dòng)。

2、熱凝水進(jìn)入疏水閥，閥內(nèi)溫度迅速上升，溫度到達(dá)飽和溫度之前，雙金屬片感溫變形伸直。

3、當(dāng)凝結(jié)水停止進(jìn)入疏水閥時(shí)，浮球隨液位下降關(guān)閉閥口，由于閥座總是在凝結(jié)水液位以下，形成水封，無(wú)蒸汽泄漏。

4、當(dāng)熱凝水再次進(jìn)入疏水閥時(shí)，浮球隨凝結(jié)水液位自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥口大小。
