- 概述:
轉鼓中顆粒表面因流速不同從上到下可分為 3個區(qū)域:即稀疏流動區(qū)、致密流動區(qū)和蠕變區(qū);剪切率的變化對顆粒流動特征和運動狀態(tài)具有較大影響;顆粒在轉鼓中的運動特點,可以大致分為流動表層和靜止底層兩個區(qū)域,將顆粒物質從靜止狀態(tài)發(fā)展到流動、再由流動通過堵塞轉變?yōu)殪o止的全過程統(tǒng)一起來。通過調節(jié)轉鼓的旋轉速度,可獲得顆粒的流動過程與流動狀態(tài).

根據(jù)轉鼓中顆粒流動層厚度或自由表面傾角,獲得流動層的剪切速率,進而計算得到顆粒物質的流動性. 不同轉速和轉鼓直徑下從中心到自由表面的致密流動區(qū)域內顆粒的剪切變形速率都具有線性變化特征,平均剪切率,反映顆粒流動的平均剪切變形能力,顆粒尺寸、形狀、摩擦因數(shù)及流動狀態(tài)等因素的影響。

在粉末冶金、食品、制藥、金屬、化工、農業(yè)等生產(chǎn)過程中,顆粒物流動如筒倉卸料、傳輸、混合、流化和固/氣分離等, 分析顆粒物料的流動特性,對于發(fā)生粉體堵塞、控制顆粒成分的均勻性和一致性都具有意義。
