PC板材產品特性:
抗撞擊：撞擊強度是普通玻璃的250-300倍左右，同等厚度亞克力板的30倍左右，是鋼化玻璃的2-20倍左右，有“不碎玻璃”和“響鋼”的美稱。防紫*線：PC板一面鍍有抗紫*線（UV）涂層，另一面有抗冷凝處理，集抗紫*線、隔熱防滴露功能于一身。可阻擋紫外線穿過，及適合保護貴重藝術品及展品，使其不受紫外線破壞。重量輕：比重約為玻璃的一半，節省運輸、搬卸、安裝以及支撐框架的成本。阻燃：PC板為難燃B1級。PC板自身燃點是580℃左右，離火后自熄，燃燒時不會產生有*氣體，不會助長火勢的蔓延。可彎曲性：可依設計圖在工地現場采用冷彎方式，安裝成拱形，半圓形頂和窗。彎曲半徑為采用板厚度的175倍左右，亦可熱彎。隔音性：PC板隔音效果明顯，比同等厚度的玻璃和亞加力板有較佳的音響絕緣性，在厚度相同的條件下，PC板的隔聲量比玻璃提高3—4DB左右。在國際上是高速公路隔音屏障的選擇材料。溫度適應性：PC板在-100℃時不易發生冷脆，在135℃時不易*化，在惡劣的環境中其力學，機械性能等均無明顯變化。
