Three-stage distribution box definition and basic structure

(I) The basic structure of the three-stage power distribution system

Three-level distribution refers to the construction site from the beginning of the power supply line to the electrical equipment, should be distributed through the three-level distribution device, that is, from the general distribution box (a box) or the distribution cabinet of the distribution room, in turn through the distribution box (two-level box), switch box (three-level box) to the electrical equipment. This three-level power distribution system is called the three-level distribution system.

(2) System setting principles

The Three-stage distribution box should abide by four basic principles: the principle of hierarchical distribution, the principle of dynamic distribution, the principle of compression distribution spacing, and the principle of environmental safety.

1. Hierarchical shunt

(1) From the primary distribution box (distribution cabinet) to the secondary distribution box can be divided, that is, a general distribution box (distribution cabinet) can be divided into several branches to a number of distribution boxes;

(2) Power distribution from the two-level distribution box to the three-level switch box can also be divided, that is, a distribution box can be divided into several branches to a number of switch boxes.

(3) The power distribution from the three-level switch box to the electrical equipment implements a one-machine one-gate system, and there is no shunt problem. That is, each switch box can only be connected to control one of its related electrical equipment (including sockets).

According to the requirements of the principle of hierarchical distribution, in the three-level distribution system, any electrical equipment shall not be transferred above the level of distribution, the general distribution box and distribution box shall not be connected to any other equipment, otherwise, the structure and classification principle of the three-level distribution system will be destroyed.
