上海今森熱絲引燃試驗儀KS-56B采用特定尺寸 ( 0.5mm 250mm) 和特定材質 (Ni80/Cr20) 的電熱絲，經(jīng)規(guī)定發(fā)熱功率 (0.26W/mm) 和規(guī)定時間 (8s ～ 12s) 預退火后，按一定的繞線張力 (5.4N) 和一定的繞線間距 (6.35mm) 在試品上繞 5 整圈，將繞有電熱絲的試品在規(guī)定發(fā)熱功率下 (0.26W/mm) 試驗至 120s ，以試品是否引燃或起燃時間來對其著火危險性進行評定。
