　　進(jìn)口磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心油泵，旨在輸送不含固體顆粒的石油、液化氣等要求無泄漏或不允許密封污染的介質(zhì)，特別是輸送高溫、高壓、易燃、易爆或有毒的液體。適合于石油精制、石油化工和化學(xué)工業(yè)等工業(yè)系統(tǒng)中。

　　進(jìn)口磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心油泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明Structure of

　　1.泵為單級(jí)/兩級(jí)單吸懸臂式離心油泵，磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)全密封，無泄漏。

　　2.殼體徑向剖分，泵安裝的支撐面在軸心線的水平面上，泵的進(jìn)出口均垂直向上。

　　3.泵的軸向力由葉輪上的平衡孔或葉輪對(duì)稱布置達(dá)到平衡，殘余軸向力由推力軸承來承受。

　　4.內(nèi)置滑動(dòng)軸承的潤滑方式為工藝液體自潤滑。

　　5.外部軸承體外表面鑄成有散熱片，輸送介質(zhì)溫度小于120℃時(shí)，可采用空氣冷卻，溫度在120～260℃之間，可選用風(fēng)扇冷卻，溫度大于260℃時(shí)應(yīng)采用水冷卻。

　　6.采用膜片式加長聯(lián)軸器部件，以便于檢修。

　　7. 從原動(dòng)機(jī)端看，泵為逆時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
