PC浪板的正確安裝
一、波型選用:
1、如以PC浪板作采光帶，則PC浪板與彩鋼板規格型號近似即可。
2、如以PC浪板作天窗，PC浪板與彩鋼板規格型號一致。
注意：①若檁條跨距過大，可能會引起PC浪板翹曲變形，引發漏水。
②建議選用厚度在1.2mm以上。

三、搭接
1、側面搭接普通彩板
建議PC浪板搭在彩鋼瓦上面，在PC浪板上加壓條，壓條可用不銹鋼、鋁合金或彩鋼板。壓條寬度約30mm、縱向帶肋更佳，厚度≥0.5mm，搭接處加支承波托更佳。
2、夾心復合浪板
如果與夾心復合浪板搭接時，螺釘固定處加支承波托，以便更好地固定PC采光板。
3、夾心平板
如PC浪板與夾心平板搭接，把夾心平板搭接處泡沫挖掉，把PC梯形波反面為正面搭。
4、縱向搭接
一般要求縱向搭接長度>300mm，如PC浪板與彩鋼板波型不一致，則搭接長度應>500mm
四、固定
1、固定釘釘頭直徑應比螺絲柄部直徑大1.5倍以上，并加以防水膠，不要釘頭直接壓*板面，以減少壓力。
2、上螺絲不可過緊，否則可能引發應力，引起板面局部裂紋。
3、防水膠不可使用PVC膠墊或瀝青成分的防水膠布；密封膠，選用中性玻璃膠，切勿使用酸性膠。
4、安裝過程中，不可先固定兩端后固定中間，應先固定一端并沿同一方向施工，否則會引起中間應力集中，使產品變形或開裂。
5、因PC板的線性膨脹系數比金屬材料約大6倍，所以，必*在PC板上先鉆好孔后，才用自攻螺絲固定，并且自攻螺絲必*打在孔徑中間，否則由于熱脹冷縮時位移并預留不足引起自攻螺絲周圍的PC板出現裂紋或板面收縮變形。
6、預留膨脹空間的計算；膨脹值=線性膨脹系數×長度×*大溫度變化值PC板的線性膨脹系數=7×10-5mm/mm/℃例如：長度1000mm的PC板，如日夜溫差有30℃，則其預留膨脹空間至少要2.1mm以上。例如用Φ5mm自攻螺絲，則PC浪板鉆孔的直徑>2.1mm+5mm=7.1mm。
7、假如在PC浪板下面增加一層PC平板或彩光瓦時，下層PC板的固定處*須加金屬條，否則由PC板的自重會引起PC板下垂，導致螺絲周圍的PC平板出現裂紋。
五、清潔
Pc浪板表面灰塵，污物一般先以軟質布或海綿沾中性清潔劑擦拭，再用清水*底沖洗。
六、化學腐蝕
1、禁止與未干水泥面、酸、堿性物質表面接觸。
2、禁止與苯、汽油、四*化碳、天那水、等有*溶劑或含有此類成分的膠水，油漆相接觸

1、 Wave type selection:
1. If PC wave board is used as daylighting belt, the specification and model of PC wave board and color steel plate are similar.
2. If PC wave plate is used as skylight, the specification and model of PC wave plate are consistent with that of color steel plate.
Note: ① if the purlin span is too large, it may cause warpage and deformation of PC wave plate and water leakage.
② It is recommended that the thickness be more than 1.2mm.

1. Side lap ordinary color plate
It is suggested that the PC wave plate should be laid on the color steel tile and the pressure strip should be added on the PC wave plate. The pressure strip can be made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy or color steel plate. The width of the batten is about 30mm, the longitudinal rib is better, the thickness is ≥ 0.5mm, and the supporting wave support is better at the lap joint.
2. Sandwich composite wave plate
If it is overlapped with the sandwich composite wave board, a supporting wave holder shall be added at the screw fixing position to better fix the PC daylighting board.
3. Sandwich plate
For example, PC wave board is sandwiched with a sandwich plate, the foam on the sandwich panel is dug off, and the PC trapezoidal wave is taken as the front side.
4. Longitudinal lap
Generally, the longitudinal lap length is required to be > 300mm. If the wave shape of PC wave plate is inconsistent with that of color steel plate, the lap length shall be > 500mm
4、 Fixed
1. The diameter of the fixed nail head shall be more than 1.5 times larger than the diameter of the screw handle, and waterproof glue shall be applied. Do not press the nail head directly on the plate surface to reduce the pressure.
2. The upper screw shall not be too tight, otherwise it may cause stress and local cracks on the plate surface.
3. The waterproof adhesive shall not use PVC rubber pad or asphalt waterproof adhesive cloth; Neutral glass adhesive shall be used as sealant, and acid adhesive shall not be used.
4. In the process of installation, it is not allowed to fix both ends first and then the middle. One end should be fixed first and the construction should be carried out in the same direction, otherwise the Middle stress will be concentrated and the product will be deformed or cracked.
5. Because the linear expansion coefficient of PC board is about 6 times larger than that of metal material, it is necessary to drill holes on the PC board before fixing with self tapping screws, and the self tapping screws must be * hit in the middle of the hole diameter, otherwise the PC board around the self tapping screws will crack or shrink and deform due to insufficient displacement and reservation during thermal expansion and cold contraction.
6. Calculation of reserved expansion space; Expansion value = linear expansion coefficient × length ×* Linear expansion coefficient of PC board with large temperature variation value = 7 × 10-5mm / mm / ℃ for example, for a 1000mm long PC board, if the temperature difference between day and night is 30 ℃, the reserved expansion space shall be at least 2.1mm. For example, use Φ 5mm self tapping screw, then the diameter of PC wave plate drilling hole is > 2.1mm + 5mm = 7.1mm.
7. If a layer of PC flat plate or color light tile is added under the PC wave plate, the fixed position * of the lower PC plate must be added with metal strip, otherwise the PC plate will sag due to the self weight of the PC plate, resulting in cracks on the PC flat plate around the screw.
5、 Clean
The dust and dirt on the surface of PC wave board are generally wiped with soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent, and then washed with clean water.
6、 Chemical corrosion
1. It is forbidden to contact with wet cement surface, acid and alkaline material surface.
2. It is forbidden to contact with benzene, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, Tianna water, turpentine and other solvents or glue and paint containing such components
