    產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介Product Introduction

    我公司生產(chǎn)的YS4（YS-4）型數(shù)顯壓力變送器，體積小巧，穩(wěn)定性好，易于安裝在工業(yè)設(shè)備中，大大縮小主體尺寸。傳感器采用陶瓷技術(shù)（或擴(kuò)散硅技術(shù)），擴(kuò)大了用戶選型范圍。能夠滿
足工業(yè)范圍內(nèi)多種流體介質(zhì)的測(cè)量要求。同時(shí)配裝LED現(xiàn)場(chǎng)顯示控制單元，從而達(dá)到輸出和顯示兩種功能的居于一體，其內(nèi)置可編程微處理器，通過按鍵對(duì)零點(diǎn)、滿量程、小數(shù)點(diǎn)及阻尼
時(shí)間實(shí)現(xiàn)功能設(shè)定。本產(chǎn)品被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、醫(yī)藥、石油、化工、冶金、自動(dòng)化供水等眾多行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中。

    The model YS4 （YS-4） pressure transmitter with digital display, compact and stable, is easy to install among the industrial equipments. This model adopted new technique is suitable for many kinds of liquid medium. The LED control system put the electric signal together with the digital display. Also, it can set
the zero calibration, full scale value, dots and damping time. Suitable applications include food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, metallurgical, water-supplying automatically and so on.

    工作原理WorkingPrinciple

    抗腐蝕的陶瓷壓力傳感器沒有液體的傳遞，壓力直接作用在陶瓷膜片的正面，使膜片產(chǎn)生微小的形變。厚膜電阻印刷在陶瓷膜片的背面，連接成一個(gè)惠斯通電橋（閉橋）。由于壓敏電阻的壓阻效應(yīng)，使電橋產(chǎn)生一個(gè)與壓 力、激勵(lì)電壓成正比的的高度線性電壓信號(hào)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的信號(hào)根據(jù)壓力量程的不同標(biāo)定為 2.0/3.0/3.3mV/V，可以和 應(yīng)變式傳感器相兼容。通過激光標(biāo)定，傳感器具有很高的溫度穩(wěn)定性和時(shí)間穩(wěn)定性，受壓后惠斯登電橋橋臂阻值的變化使電橋失去平衡產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)與壓力成正比的電壓輸出信號(hào)，經(jīng)過差分歸一放大器輸出放大后，再經(jīng)過電壓電流的轉(zhuǎn)換，變換成4~20mA 的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)輸出，并可經(jīng)數(shù)顯表頭直接顯示在線壓力值。

    No liquid transport, the pressure effect the face of the ceramic diaphragm to lead a small distortion. Thick film resistance was printed in the back of the diaphragm to form a Wheatstone bridge. And a voltage signal in high-level linearity comes out. The standard signals were signed by 2.0/3.0/3.3mV/V which is compatible with the transmitter. After some inside transform, it comes out as the current of 4~20mA and displayed by the transmitter.

外形尺寸Dimension

   系統(tǒng)連接及調(diào)試Connection and debugging
    變送器在測(cè)量系統(tǒng)中的連接見圖。建議電源電壓Us 選用24V。
    See the chart as follow. Suggest the supply Us to be 24V.
    二次儀表中采樣電阻（負(fù)載電阻）RL 的阻值選用250 Ω。如果Us 和RL 選用別的數(shù)值，那么RL=Vs-12/0.02 值不能超過由公式計(jì)算得到的數(shù)值。

    The connected gauge should be RL=250Ω。If you choose other date for Us and RL，the RL can not exceed RL=Vs-12/0.02
    變送器頂部?jī)蓚?cè)面的連接孔用電纜密封或信號(hào)線裝配，信號(hào)電纜通過緊固螺母鎖緊，不用的那個(gè)連接口必須密封。
    Use wires to seal the holes on the sides of the transmitter or install the signal wire to the holes and fix by tight nut. The hole without used should be sealed.

    出廠前壓力變送器已按訂貨要求調(diào)試合格，用戶無需再做調(diào)整。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后如需重新標(biāo)定，可分別調(diào)整“調(diào)零電位器"和“調(diào)量程電位器"。壓力量程的下限值對(duì)應(yīng)于4mA，上限值對(duì)應(yīng)20mA. （ Z- 調(diào)零電位器 S-調(diào)量程電位器）
    The transmitter has been debugged as the customer’s request, no need to debug again. After long time of using, if needed, it can be debugged by adjust“ Zero electric device" and“ Range electric device". The down limit of the range should be corresponding with 4mA，and up limit will be with 20mA. （ Z- Zero electric device S- Range electric device）

   安裝注意事項(xiàng)Installation notes
    1. 直接安裝在測(cè)量點(diǎn)上（任意角度）。
       Direct install to the measuring point（any angles）.
    2. 盡量安裝在溫度梯度與溫度波動(dòng)小的測(cè)壓點(diǎn)上，同時(shí)避免強(qiáng)振動(dòng)和沖擊。
       It is better to be with less temperature fluctuation and avoid the strong vibration.
    3. 室外安裝時(shí)，盡可能放置于保護(hù)盒內(nèi)，避免陽光直射和雨淋，以保持變送器性能穩(wěn)定和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
       If it is needed to install outside of the house, it is better to put it into a protect case to avoid sun and rain.
    4. 測(cè)量蒸汽或其它高溫介質(zhì)時(shí)，注意不要使變送器的工作溫度超限。必要時(shí)請(qǐng)安裝散熱裝置或其它冷卻裝置連接。
       While measuring the high temperature mediums, please do not exceed the temperature limitation. If necessary, fit it with cooling devices.
    5. 安裝時(shí)應(yīng)在變送器和介質(zhì)之間加裝壓力截止閥，以便檢修和防止取壓口堵塞而影響測(cè)量精度。在壓力波動(dòng)范圍大的場(chǎng)合還應(yīng)加裝阻尼器或壓力緩沖裝置。
       Add pressure cut-off valve between the transmitter and the medium and add the dampers if the pressure changes a lot.
