    概述General overview

    2088陶瓷電容壓力變送器采用具有水平的陶瓷電容傳感器，配合高精度電子元件，經嚴格的工藝過程裝配而成。它采用無中介液的干式壓力測量技術。充分發揮了陶瓷傳感器的技術優勢，使壓力變送器具有優異的技術性能。它抗過載和抗沖擊能力強，穩定性高，并有很高的測量精度。2088陶瓷電容壓力變送器具有多種型號，多種量程，多種過程連接形式及材料。可廣泛用于石油、化工、電力、冶金、制藥、食品等許多工業領域，可適應工業測量的各種場合及介質，是傳統壓力表及傳統壓力變送器的理想升級換代產品，是工業自動化領域理想的壓力測量儀表。
    2088 ceramic capacitive pressure transmitter adopt the international advanced ceramic capacitive sensor and high accuracy electron components. It is the dry pressure technique without media liquid. The ceramic pressure transmitter has the incomparable advantage because of its good corrosion-proof, wear-proof, strike-proof and fine accuracy and stability. It has many type models, ranges, process connection types and material. It can be widely used for petrochemical, metallurgical, electric power, pharmacy and food and so on.

    工作原理Working Principle
    被測介質的壓力直接作用于傳感器的陶瓷膜片上，使膜片產生與介質壓力成正比的微小位移，正常工作狀態下，膜片zui大位移不大于0.025毫米，電子線路檢測這一位移量后，即把這一位移量轉換成對應于這一壓力的標準工業測量信號。超壓時膜片直接貼到堅固的陶瓷基體上，由于膜片與基體間隙只有0.1 毫米，因此過載時膜 片的zui大位移只能是0.1 毫米，所以從結構上保證了膜片不會產生過大變型，由于膜片采用高性能的工業陶瓷，因而使傳感器具有很強的抗沖擊及抗過載能力。

    The pressure of the medium direct effects the ceramic film of the transmitter and makes the film gets a little displacement. In the common condition, the displacement is less than 0.025mm and the electron wires can get the information of the displacement and transform it to be a standard industry measuring digital. Because the distance between the film and the ceramic body only is 0.1mm, the biggest displacement for the over pressure is 0.1mm. And the transmitter has the ability to resist the strong concussion and over loading.

    Electric connection: It is better to choose φ10 industry wire connect from any exit. The connect end can be PG16 or M20 × 1.5，and seal the other end.

    結構尺寸Dimension

    系統連接及調試Connection and debugging
    變送器在測量系統中的連接見圖3。建議電源電壓Us 選用24V.DC。
    See the chart as follow. Suggest the supply Us to be 24V.
    二次儀表中采樣電阻（負載電阻）RL 的阻值選用250 Ω。如果Us 和RL 選用別的數值，那么RL=Vs-12/0.02值不能超過由公式計算得到的數值。
    The connected gauge should be RL=250Ω。If you choose other date for Us and RL，the RL can not exceed RL=Vs-12/0.02 .
    變送器頂部兩側面的連接孔用電纜密封或信號線裝配，信號電纜通過緊固螺母鎖緊，不用的連接口必須密封。
    Use wires to seal the holes on the sides of the transmitter or install the signal wire to the holes and fix by tight nut. The hole without used should be sealed.

    如果使用的是本質安全防爆儀表，必須與安全柵配套使用，組成本安防爆系統。本安防爆系統如圖4 所示。
    If it is the essential safety pressure gauge, it is necessary to fit with the safe bar to form the essential safety system as following:

    出廠前壓力變送器已按訂貨要求調試合格，用戶無需再做調整。長時間使用后如需重新標定，可分別調整“調零電位器”和“調量程電位器”。壓力量程的下限值對應4mA，上限值對應20mA.
    The transmitter has been debugged as the customer’s request, no need to debug again. After long time of using, if needed, it can be debugged by adjust“ Zero electric device” and“ Range electric device”. The down limit of the range should be corresponding with 4mA，and up limit will be with 20mA.

   安 裝Installation notes
    1. 直接安裝在測量點上（任意角度）。
       Direct install to the measuring point（any angles）.
    2. 盡量安裝在溫度梯度與溫度波動小的場合，同時避免強振動和沖擊。
       It is better to be with less temperature fluctuation and avoid the strong vibration.
    3. 測量蒸汽或其它高溫介質時，注意不要使變送器的工作溫度超限。必要時，請安裝散熱裝置或其它冷卻裝置連接。
       While measuring the high temperature mediums, please do not exceed the temperature limitation. If necessary, fit it with cooling devices.
    4. 安裝時應在變送器和介質之間加裝壓力截止閥，以便檢修和防止取壓口堵塞而影響測量精度。在壓力波動范圍大的場合還應加裝阻尼器或壓力緩沖裝置。

       Add pressure cut-off valve between the transmitter and the medium and add the dampers if the pressure changes a lot.
