概述General
YS2PW 系列衛生隔膜型壓力、液位變送器是專門為醫藥、啤酒、奶倉等醫藥食品領域設計的型產品,核心部分選用公司高精度、高穩定性壓力敏感芯片,其設計遵照醫藥食品行業的衛生級標準.通過高可靠性的放大電路,將被測介質的壓力轉換成4~20mADC標準信號。高質量的傳感器、的封裝技術以及*的裝配工藝確保了該產品的高質量和優異性能。 本產品采用齊平膜結構和多種引線方式能夠zui大限度的滿足客戶的要求,特別適用于食品制藥,飲料加工和生物制品等行業。
YS2PW series sanitary type pressure ,liquid level transmitter is applied specially in the field of Medicine,beer,milk.ect. Its core part is delicate sensor of high precision & stability ,which is compley complied with medicine,food criterian. It can transform media pressure to 4~20mA. DC、1~5V.DC electric signal by magnifying circuit. High quanlity and excellent performance result from advanced sensor,consummate welding seal technology and refined assembly. The product is designed to level film structure and multiplicate down-leads,which could meet requirements of user farthest,in particular suitable for food ,pharmacy, drink and biology goods.

使用與校準Using and calibration
1、安裝與接線(見圖)
mounting and connections(as picture shown)
各種類型的壓力變送器均可直接接在檢測系統的接口上。
All kinds of pressure transmitlers will be connected directly to test system.
24VDC 電源通過屏蔽電纜給變送器供電(注意防水),“+”接24VDC 正極,“-”輸出4 - 20MA 電流給取樣電阻
Transmitter is supplied Power 24VDC by shielding cable(water-proof),with anode 24VDC connected and 4-20MA for resistance.
2、使用Application
變送器接線如圖所示,聯線正確即可使用。
As is shown in wiring diapram, using in correct connection.
注意事項RNote:
1、變送器是使用帶膜片的進口傳感器,切勿用任何物體接觸膜片,以免造成性損傷而損壞傳感器。在介質溫度太高(> 80℃)時,應加裝散熱器以保證測量精度.
Transmitter is the sensor with diaphragm actually.Please note that anything is prohibited to touch diaphragm,protecting against destroying for ever.Add the radiator when temperature is over 80℃.
2、安裝時請由專業人員用專業工具進行安裝、
Installation under the instruction of skilled worker.
3、變關器的校準應在加電5 分鐘后進行.并注意當時的環境溫度.變送器不要隨意開蓋以免受潮,并且變送器殼體及導線屏蔽層應牢固接地避免干擾及雷擊。
Calibrate the transmitter should be five minutes later when power is supplied and be aware of environment temperature. case can not be opened so as to keep dry.Case and leads will be connected to earth avoiding disturbing and lightning strike.
4、電源應當使用帶有隔離的儀表電源避免工業電源串擾,特別慎用開關電源容易自激損壞變送器。電源及信號輸出應采用屏蔽電纜傳輸并壓緊進線螺母,以保證氣密性。依標準變送器每6 個月應校準一次。
Using gauge power with isolation to avoid industrial power disturbing,not using switch power at discretion,which can destroy tramsmitter.Power and output signal will shield cable transmitting and press nuts firmly. According to national standard ,it will be calibrated per six months
5、外配雷擊管只能抗3A 沖擊電流,應并聯在+、- 極之間。如果打穿,請更換該無件。
lighting-strike pipe can stand 3A current between anode and cathode .If it is broken,please instead .

用戶選型時請告知使用環境和安裝方式,如對型號命名不清楚時可用文字說明,接口螺紋可根據要求單獨設計。
