PC板安裝方式
1先檢查板材的裁切尺寸和膨脹預留量是否合格，要特別注意留出足夠的均勻的膨脹間隙，計算公式如下：總膨脹間隙＝膨脹系數×當地裝置前后大的溫差 板材長度膨脹系數為7.010-mm/mm.K
2中空板裝置工程中板材被連接件夾持局部里要含有一條筋肋，或者板材邊緣被夾持的局部小20mm
3認明板材表面UV的一面，并把該面朝外安裝，不允許把含UV的一面朝內安裝；4裝置前把板材四周的維護膜揭起30-50mm不要讓連接件夾住保護膜，但也不可揭起太多，以免因操作而損傷板面；
4注意：有些工人操作時把保護膜夾在連接件里，然后用鋒利工具劃印再揭起，但往往劃傷板面而導致板材破壞；
5自攻釘擰緊時用力要均勻，確保連接件真的壓實密封膠條和板材；
6當發現安裝誤差時，可能發生滲漏部位可充以密封膠進行彌補，如：迎水面兩端密封膠墊的連接處。要選用固化后仍保持柔軟、低模數、延伸率大于50％的中性耐候硅酮膠，施膠前要使連接件及板材的外表清潔和干燥，做到無油污、塵土、水汽、露珠及其它雜物，施膠要均勻，膠層表面光滑，斷面尺寸一致并不得有間斷現象；須特別注意的所使用的中性密封膠提前與板材做相容性試驗，以防止與板材發生化學反應；
7中空板材冷彎安裝的情況下，其彎曲半徑不得小于板材厚度的175倍；
8中空板材只能順肋筋方向彎曲；
9中空板材傾斜裝置應順肋筋方向，有利于冷凝水導出；
10板材裝置好后要求立即揭掉保護膜，如因施工要求保護板面，也須先揭掉保護膜，而后重新覆蓋；
11板材裝置好后應進行自檢，特別要認真做噴淋試驗，檢查是否漏水，如有漏水隱患應及時處理，然后再檢查外觀質量；
12板材裝置全過程中嚴禁足踏板面，操作時須使用跨越板材的可移式踏板；
13如須在板上直接固定自攻自鉆釘，須擴孔，所有鉆孔直徑應大于螺栓直徑，留出熱脹冷縮間隙；14孔的中間到板材邊緣間距應大于等于5公分。
